 Who am I?

I AM. The same and yet different each year, each month, each day - maybe even each hour. :) 

I grew up in Prague, Czech Republic and yet I was lucky enough I could spend almost every weekend and holidays at the country side on my grandparents farm.

That's where my passion for herbs and nature started at the very young age. My grandma taught me how to grow herbs and use them as a healing property from tea, lemonade, honey to making poultice and ointments.

My other passion, to help people, brought me to psychology but I quickly realized that University is not satisfactory and I can't learn from books I need the experience.

In 2001 I got an opportunity to explore the world and I came to California. My life has completely changed. I "lost" myself 

for couple of years in the desire to become "someone". I managed restaurants and thought this is it. 

In 2012 I took my first yoga class and reiki session. My life immediately took a different course.

Yoga and Reiki became my daily practice. I studied and achieved Master/Teacher certification from Usui Ryoho/Tibetan, Karuna and Holly Fire Reiki. I found a new passion in ancient practices of Kundalini yoga and started to teach after finishing Level I. Couple of years later Level II followed and 500 hours Teacher Training. 

I felt like I'm "coming home". My life was shifting and I came back to my Natural Soul.
